yes, there are side effects Nausea. Diarrhea. Stomach (abdominal) pain. Vomiting.
Constipation. I do my injection at night so I can sleep it off. The only noticeable side is constipation but you can take different over the counter meds to help ease with the constipation.

I have been using ozempic since Dec 14 2021. yes had to be prescribed through a weight loss doctor. yes, insurance covers but it depend on your insurance.
