Thank you Khadisia I have working on keeping the weight off..I workout as much as I can.  I work 4 days a week doing some real physical type of work. It doesn&#039;t leave me too much time to workout.  I get it in 3 days a week in the gym at my apt. building.  Biking,Yoga and lifting weights too.  Eating right.. Getting my proper rest etc.  Wish you all the best on your weight loss journey as well. Keep the faith.. Believe in yourself. It can be done.. Lots of work and being consistent on your program is the key to reaching your goals.]]></description>
