Although, I do know that exercise is good for your overall health. I hate exercise, but i do fast paced walking for 30 minutes a day,5 days a week. I also eat plenty of fruits,veggies,fish,tuna,chicken, turkey,drink the required water consumption that is required daily and limited carbs. Since I&#039;m a diabetic, I was told by my doctor that I can only drink water, tea and coffee. Losing weight for most of us has a lot to do with food consumption and what types of foods are eaten. Over eating can cause weight gain, sickness and a lot of other things to our bodies that are not good for us. I have kept the weight off over a year.]]></description>
