You should consult your physician regarding the surgery. Weight is not the only determining factor in approval for surgery. Height, predisposition to various health conditions. Also PCOS can be a factor. I’m not a doctor, but the only health issue that I had was high cholesterol and PCOS. If your interested talk to your doc. So far, I understood that metaformin , clean eating , are there any more weight loss tips,. I work out like crazy but my diet is usually decent I have been incorporating more fruits and vegetables . I usually do good but then I stress out and eat everything in sight. I weigh 193 and I don’t think I will be a candidate for the surgery.
