I don&#039;t know your medical circumstances so I can&#039;t say. I would suggest that you have a conversation with your OBGYN and a nutritionist if you can because you are with child.  I usually don&#039;t suggest a full shift of that nature, but adding more fruits and veggies is always a good decision (unless you have a sugar or carb sensitivity issue).]]></description>
