Thank you so much, Congratulations on your decision to have the surgery yes the doctor is correct you need to change your entire way of thinking when it comes to food and eating even before the surgery if not it won't work,My biggest challenge before surgery was giving up soda pop Diet Pepsi was my Life lol but yes I started making small eating changes 6~8 months prior to surgery
Just to get My body prepared. Sharon do your very best to stay focused We only get one body and if given the chance to have this life changing surgery. Good Luck sweetie

Congrats on your success on the journey to weight loss via surgery. I myself have just started my own choice to have the sleeve gastric bypass surgery. Now what I am finding my challenges are the stringent eating restrictions imposed in order for me to first reach the surgeons allotted goal for me so to be considered a "serious" candidate for this process. Basically if I don't stop piggin out the doctor fears that the surgery won't work and will thus be a waste of time. Hers and mine bcuz if I don't learn how to change how to eat healthier, then I'll be on this merrygoround I've been on all of my life. So of course I fell way off during the holidays. Giving myself permission to do so bcuz this would be my last free for all time to do it. Anyway, here I go again. Prepared to get my ass handed to me by the entire gastric bypass department. Its cool bcuz is all for the good. Pray for me and again go girl!
