I went through the same thing; including a hurtful picture sent to my cell phone by my ex, name calling by father, mother, friends and patients. Because of your story today I am taking my life back. My start weight is 206. I am on my journey with prayer, diet modification and at least 30 mins to 1 hour of exercise. I hope to have an update in 30 days on my growth in confidence and lost in weight. Thank you for being honest and sharing your success story with me and the world!
