This posting has convinced me that exercise and eating plan does work. I tried working out on my own but I had no idea what I was doing. I hired a coach and soon found he had no idea what he was doing. I found someone else that I’ve seen results of her clients. Now I just need to get the right eating plan for me. Thanks for the inspiration
