I love your story! It is a great support and help. I just had weight loss surgery in February.......the Gastric. It isn't easy as people think, like you mentioned. It is still work you have to put in. I originally started the process at 323 lbs and surgery date, I was 306lbs. As of today 4/10/16....I am 266lbs. Still progressing. What I don't like, is my stomach and which has came down some. Now I have the slouching fat (bottom). I see you mentioned some exercises and I am going to look into them. Cause I surely hate my stomach, upper leg thighs also nearing the stomach area. Back roles has come down some. Definitely want to tone this body. But I am afraid that I may need cosmetic surgery for my lower stomach.
Just want to say, thank you for sharing your story!
