					<description><![CDATA[I think you did it the healthy way. You started excersise and healthier eating. I too started a plan to lose weight almost identical to yours at the end of January 2012. With no diet supplements, or shakes. Just excersise and a healthier diet, I have lost 26lbs. It may not came off fast, but it came off and stayed off. Just stay on your course and you will obtain your goal. I&#039;m rooting for you.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Shawntia, thank you so much for sharing your story. I am in the same boat...I have four kids and I&#039;m at 205.  I have been struggling to lose weight for the past year. I&#039;ll get motivated and start exercising, then I&#039;ll stop because I&#039;ll get discouraged when I don&#039;t see results fast enough. But seeing that you did it and you are at the weight that I want to be, makes me motivated to try again and keep at it! Thank you for sharing again!]]></description>
