I just wanted to email you about your story and say thank you. When you mentioned that you had been over weight for so long and thought “well that is just how it’s going to be” I have to admit that as a 34 year old I am thinking the same way. I will never have the time or the money to diet. Sorry let me change that I will never have the time or money for a “life style change”. But after getting the results from my last doctors visit and him telling me that my blood pressure is creeping up (135/102) it’s time to make a change. Not only physically but mentally.

Now I am not 50 but if I want to see my 4 year old son reach high school then I need to make a change. And after reading your story I know that if you can do it, I can do it.
