Try DDP.. they have something for those with disabilities. You should check it out. You can even use a chair.

In reply to Kimm. Hi Kimm, I’m sure It’s not easy going through your Journey. I Hope and Pray that you meet your goals and that you have a Strong Support System. There are several exercises that you can do via a subscription. If that is not doable, maybe use a video that involves walking until you are able to get to a place where you’re able to do weight training. God Speed as you go through your Journey.

Hello,

I have brain cancer and will be taking chemo for the rest of my life. I had brain surgery to remove the tumors however they came back.

I am 5 feet 236 lbs. With Covid-19 amongst us, going to the gym is not even a thought anymore. Dieting is not really conducive because my chemo treatments change.

I’m not really into social media and I’m hesitant about even making this response.

I am however committed to living a healthier life for the time I have left. My goal is to feel beautiful again.
