I too LOVE the Nike Running app it keeps me Very motivated. I started my journey in August 2014 at 282. I am now 235-240 (it goes up &#038; down depending on what I eat). I am very glad I read your story it reminded me I NEED &#038; as of today will completely Stop Late night eating. Thanks 4 Sharing your journey.]]></description>
