Hi Maxie,

Congrats on taking the first step by joining a gym. Self motivation starts with adjusting your thinking as it relates to your journey.  Make working out part of your day &#038; adjust the time of day you workout to see what fits best for you. Track the food you eat either though a fitness app or food journal. Review it weekly and identify any deficiencies.  I’m not very tall either and carry my weight in my abdomen and I understand your frustration, take your time and realize this journey is a marathon not a sprint.
