I can definitely say it was the best thing I have ever done!!! Funny when I used the HCG drops and then re-introduced carbs back into my diet, I gained immediately – Howeve, I STILL did not make the connection. I am glad I discovered Keto and I will never be carb dependent again!!

You look great. I did the same thing HCG Drops which I lost 75 pounds. I tried Weight Watchers also I lost 35 pounds.

I am now doing Keto and I find it easy. It is eliminating the carbs but it still allows you to eat. I have so much energy now.
