You literally are the epitome of a New Beginning. Old things have surely passed away in your life. This testimony is a true blessing! I too have a hard time with starting. I’ve completed detoxes but never keep going beyond that to get to my goal. I’m interested in Keto and Intermittent Fasting, any tips?

You are such an inspiration! I am on this journey and have been for quite some time. What you said about the mind was so powerful! I will turn 50 in 2020 and weight loss is not something I want to be dealing with in my 50’s. My motto for 2020 is 50 by 50. My birthday is December 13th and I currently weigh 200 at 5’4. I know to finally complete this journey I will need some motivation to keep my mind straight. Is that something you offer?
