I guess I can start with my exercise regiments: I workout at least 5 days a week for an hour 

40 minutes Cardio (Treadmill, Stair Stepper, Elliptical Machine)
20 minutes Weight Lifting ( I do at least 3 reps of 20 with 15second breaks in between reps)

Now to my favorite snake foods: Wheat Thins &#038; Cheddar Cheese, Pistachios, Laughing Cow Cheese *Queso Fresco* and Cucumbers and Vinegar. I also enjoy Seafood, Chicken ( pretty much any type of way lol) and Lean beef on occasion]]></description>
