Hello Tiffany. My name is Tanica. I also live in Tallahassee. I also have Mr. O’Neil’s number and have yet to cal. Mainly because of fear. However, I have heard nothing but great things about S.A.T and Coach Oneil. Not only do I hear greatness, I have also seen a lot of great results.

Thanks everyone. Accountability is the key to my success. Some people are successful working out alone but I realized that I really needed to have someone that was expecting for me to show up. I didn’t want to disappoint my trainer because he gives his all to his clients. I also did not want to let my team down. I don’t always enjoy the workouts but I ALWAYS enjoy my team mates. We keep each other in check!
