I too am on my journey of weight loss. I’m in agreement it does start in the kitchen. When my scale hit 235 my blood work showed my A1C, pre diabetes and inflammation off the charts. That was my wake up call. I weighed myself recently. I am now 223 my goal is 155-160 I know I will get there.
My question is I have gained so much weight in my breast. The r last real bra I bought was a 38DDD that was years ago. I’m on the fence about having a breast reduction. Q- Will weight loss cause my breast to go down also?
