Tori, I am proud of you. I'm older than you but you are a great example for me. I am over 300 lbs .and also had Gastric Sleeve. It didn't work for me due to my loss of mobility at that time, but I'm trying to make the change since having both hips and knee replaced. I'm 64 but feel like 44 now. (smile). I too am pre-diabetic but lowered my A1C from 6.4 to 5.8 so far by changing diet and exercise. My problem is being consistent and motivated. I let sugar go somewhat, but need to let it go all the way. Working on that. I need to learn what you did with reducing carbs and increasing protein. I also need to commit to the gym. I have free membership and still don't go. Thank you for your story. I need to talk to you if I can. Congratulations and keep doing you, you are a blessing.
