My dearest daughter Tracey congratulations, what a great article. I am so very proud of you for your commitment, dedication & tenacity for a total lifestyle change. As much as I didn't notice your gradual weight gain I definitely recognized when you started to lose it. I never saw you as being overweight but seeing the two photos side by side was a reality check. I am so inspired by your story. I must make a decision to start taking steps to a healthier me. Many blessings on your continued journey. Love you much...

Congratulations Tracey, what a great article about your journey. You have inspired me in many ways over the past year from watching you in action to your post on the Igram. Once I'm released from PT, I'm planning to have my own story - after recovery. Thank you for being an example of dedication, commitment and reflecting what "being my best self" looks like. Love you, Karin
