I too am going through the channels for surgery. I eat the same way. I have the same illness. Obesity is strong on my dad side and they all die young. My sister passed 2 years ago from a obesity related illness that could of been prevented. She was only 52. My dad died 8 years ago from obesity related illness. He was only 67. That curse stops with ME!!!! I am aiming for January 2016 surgery date.
