					<description><![CDATA[This is funny, I was just telling someone today that I am thinking about going semi vegan.  In fact, I have cut my meat intake significantly.  Now that I am juicing, it&#039;s even easier to move away from the meats.  I&#039;ve been eating Veggie burgers, they are sooo good.

As I get older, I want to accomodate my body and continue to eat as clean as possible.  I am currently 42 pounds down from 225 and still have 25 more pounds I would like to meet.  Hoping to meet that goal by early next years....it&#039;s been slow for me.

And yes, I am exercising as well, but sometimes I fall off the wagon and keep losing/gaining these same 4-5 pounds.]]></description>
