Hi Eulundia, You have to do your research and choose a plan of action. There is no one size fits all way to lose weight. If you are looking for a plan, there are tons of programs, books and plans out there. If you need one on one help, I&#039;d suggest Weight Watchers or hiring a nutritionist. I also suggest seeing your doctor to make sure you don&#039;t have any health issues that would make weight loss more challenging. For most people, the first step is cleaning up your eating habits. There are great free tools, like sparkpeople.com and myfitnesspal.com that can help you get started. 

We post these stories to show that weight loss is possible for women of various circumstances, ages, etc. We want people to be inspired, but the truth is that each of these women did the work to figure out what works for them.]]></description>

I&#039;m happy their healthier and have succeeded but can someone please tell me how to start day 1, day 2, morning , night..how to get moving. not just look I&#039;m done and you could do it too...tell me how to walk in your shoes day 1 am day 1 afternoon day 1 night time...day 2 am day 2 so on and so forth...
