“Hello! I would like to give you an update! I have lost an additional 27 pounds making my total weight loss 152 lbs! I adjusted my meal plan to replacing 2 meals a day with juicing/smoothies and the 3rd meal meatless 4 days a week. The other 3 days of 3rd meals being fish or chicken, plenty of water, and greek yogurt, dried cranberries, cherries and almonds as snacks. I also adjusted my workout plan to 5 days a week cardio/weight training with 3 of those days adding an extra evening cardio session. The additional weight loss was also part of a 60 day challenge I set up for me and a couple of friends of mine. We committed to various monthly challenges for ourselves. I’ve also been using a supplement called ALOHA!
