Good morning let me just start off by saying I have struggled with my way and still am I have very little motivation can someone please reach out and help me I need to get my weight off I suffer with high blood pressure and asthma and my doctor wants me to lose the weight I am desperate please help me it is so hard I’m trying but I’m not succeeding please reach out to me I really need the help thank you have a blessed day and God bless you

Going on vacation in July going to Israel I want to feel comfortable walking the land of Jesus.He has already blessed me to be able to go Now I need to work on me be fit and in good condition.
