Jeanne... Thank you. I first did it by challenging myself to do a 10k run/walk. I did it and it was hard but I finished.  I then started setting goals for myself but making them fun. Set goals for yourself but have fun while doing it. And most of all don&#039;t deprive yourself. I worked 10-14 hr days and got up at 3am to workout. I did it for me and no one else.  To look in the mirror and to be able to say I&#039;m healthy is my greatest goal I&#039;ve ever accomplished. :)]]></description>
