Thank for saying that. I read the article and had those exact thoughts. PCOS is a metabolic disorder. No cure, just treatment.

I was diagnosed at 18 after never having a normal menstrual cycle so I have been dealing with this for 19 years. One issue with the article, PCOS usually shows up on ultrasound with cysts on the ovaries, not the uterine lining which is why the name is Polycystic OVARIAN Syndrome. Some doctors call it a string of pearls because of the way it shows up on the ultrasound.

I av the disease but after treatment I got release from the hospital I then visited London when I went to see a gynae she said the cyst was gone I gave birth a second time but lately the signs are coming back i can even feel the lump from outside my body

I’ve been to multiple doctors half say I have it other half denies it. I believe I do, but when I have tests ran and things of that nature everything is OK.I have cut dairy out of my diet and I’m really mindful of the daily things I do. The worse problem I have is facial hair,but as an esthetician I can keep that hidden nicely. Its just an embarrassing struggle.
