Motivate yourself! I am starting now at around 400lbs. We can do this! She did it, so you know you can. It’s not a race, but the journey can’t start until you take the first step. The person who can not motivate himself must be content with mediocrity! I am not content being over 200lbs! So I gotta get moving!
