Hey Lynn, sorry for the late response, Thank you! I am just reading this. Eating is very important while being a diabetic and getting healthy For breakfast for example: I try eating eggs, toast and a piece of  fruit. I stay away from cereal since it&#039;s high in sugar. Oatmeal with a piece of turkey sausage.  Lunch: grilled or bake chicken one serving...hint KFC has great grilled chicken, green beans and rice, sometimes I would eat a lean cuisine meal low in calories no more than 200 calories. Dinner: I would sometimes have salmon, broccoli and rice, I love Brussels sprouts and potatoes..air fried..... hope this helps. If you really feel you need something sweet go for it! But please don&#039;t make it a habit and only eat one serving. I find sugar free jello and sugar free reddi whipped cream to be good together.]]></description>
