Yes!  But before surgery start exercising, drinking water adding lemon or Propel powder, etc for flavor, eat greek yogurt (oikos) and high protein meals.  Research the gastric sleeve menu samples and start eating that way before surgery.  Give yourself 4 to 6 months doing these things before surgery so that you will not struggle adjusting after surgery.  There is no quick fix in weight loss, it all requires a bit of adjustment, no matter what journey you choose.
