I would suggest that you use a meal tracking app, like My Fitness Pal or Fat Secret, to find out whether you can improve your eating habits. You may be eating too much or you may be eating too little. Have you only been drinking smoothies for 3 weeks? How many calories per smoothie. Carbs, fat and protein?]]></description>
