Tiffany lost 106 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Tiffany lost 106 pounds. During her three-year journey, she completely changed her eating habits, worked out six days a week, and learned that anything is possible if you are willing to put in the work.

Nikisha lost 36 pounds
Nikisha lost 36 pounds. She decided to change her lifestyle so she can be here for her son for years to come. This Zeta Phi Beta soror reached out to a coach for help, committed to her workouts, and switched to eating healthy, whole foods.

Tiara lost 32 pounds
Tiara lost 32 pounds and several dress sizes. Due to an inactive lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits, the pounds were slowly packing on. She was unhappy with how she looked and felt. With strength training, HIIT, and healthier eating habits, she has transformed her body composition and regained her confidence.

Chloe lost 71 pounds
Chloe lost 71 pounds. For exercise, she started walking at home on her treadmill and worked her way up to running. She also changed her eating habits, cycling between vegan meals and low carb, high protein meals.

Shaé Love lost 90 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Shaé Love lost 90 pounds. When she reached her 40s, her body felt stiff, and she was often out of breath. In March 2020, she started making changes to her lifestyle, including eating a raw, plant-based diet and walking for exercise. As time went on, she listened to her body, made changes, and figured out what works for her.

Doreen lost 26 pounds
Doreen lost 26 pounds by cleaning up her diet, going vegetarian, and working out. She is determined to be in control of her body and her health.

Jeria lost 150+ pounds
Transformation of the Day: Jeria lost 150+ pounds. The passing of her mother and father sent her into a deep depression. Her doctor helped her break out of that spiral by encouraging her to live for her children. Since 2019, she has transformed her body and her health with healthy eating habits and exercise.
