Britnie lost 28 pounds. She knew it was time to make some changes when her health started to decline, and she developed issues, including pre-hypertension and thyroid problems. She changed the way she fueled her body and took up boxing and weight training for exercise.

Nene lost 105 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Nene lost 105 pounds by making healthier choices. For the first three months of her journey, she got results without exercise by tracking her daily food intake with an app and practicing intermittent fasting.
