Tynisha lost 110 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Tynisha lost 110 pounds. She is genuinely passionate about health care and has aspirations to one day become a physician. However, she felt like that passion was not reflected back to her when she looked in the mirror. By adopting the Ketogenic diet, practicing intermittent fasting, and working out, she has transformed.

Shanti lost 60 pounds
Shanti lost 60 pounds. Depressed and tired of the yo-yo cycle of the weight loss roller coaster, she decided to use the pandemic as an opportunity to focus on herself and her health. By changing her mindset, working out, and cutting out unhealthy food, she has transformed.

Bri lost 104 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Bri lost 104 pounds. As a new wife and mother, she was determined to be healthy for her family. With healthy, vegetarian meals, HIIT workouts and consistency and faith, she changed her life.

Deylynn lost 56 pounds
Deylynn lost 56 pounds by counting macros, maintaining a calorie deficit, and focusing on health. Walking is her main form of exercise. Prayer, faith, and support from her family and friends kept her from giving up.

Tosha lost 42 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Tosha lost 42 pounds. After she began taking medication for migraines, she noticed experienced weight gain, and she had to buy new clothes. This motivated her to join a local boot camp and start her transformation journey. Although she’s faced some challenges along the way, she refused to give up.

Tameika lost 90 pounds
Tameika lost 90 pounds, and she has kept pounds off for 15 years. Our Jamaican Canadian sista released the weight by eating healthy food, training hard, and focusing on creating a sustainable lifestyle. She also developed a passion for helping women change their lives. We asked her to share how she has been so successful with maintenance.
