Transformation of the Day: Tracey lost 80 pounds. This divorced mother of two figured out how to balance working full time, working out five days a week, and cooking nutritious food for her family. She also how to count macros and that eating complex carbohydrates can actually be a game-changer.

Keisha lost 90 pounds in 2020. She was tired of being sick and tired of complaining about her weight. She embraced the Ketogenic diet, exercising, and intermittent fasting. For her, it’s not about dieting, it’s about lifestyle change.

Dean’na lost 75 pounds
Transformation of the Day: Dean’na lost 75 pounds and became a Certifed Personal Trainer. Before she started her journey, she dealt with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and swelling in her feet and ankles. Now, she is training to do her first bodybuilding competition at 51 years old.

Nina lost 61 pounds by becoming a pescatarian and working out 5-6 days a week. She wanted to feel better, inside and out. She’s a Life Coach, so she knew how to motivate and encourage herself, but her husband was very supportive of her lifestyle change.
