What was your motivation?
When I started looking in the mirror and didn’t recognize my own face it motivated me to improve myself. I was inspired when I went to the doctor and was told that my weight was causing the constant pain in my knees. However, I was told not to do any high impact activities.
How did you change your eating habits?
Basically, I became vegan. I cut out all meat, dairy and eggs.
What did your workout routines look like?
Three days a week, I did 20 minutes of cardio on the bicycle, 20 minutes of weightlifting and 20 minutes on the stair stepper.
Starting weight/Current weight?
My starting weight was 245 pounds and my current weight is 205 pounds. My height: 5’8″.

What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
Start with slow changes. You can do it, you just have to believe in yourself. Find an old photo where you felt your best and put that on your fridge. When you are tempted to eat unhealthy food that photo will remind you of your journey.
