I was determined and motivated. That’s what kept me going. I knew I wanted a change and losing weight was it. I achieved success with the help of my dedicated trainer, Terry Starks. I was inspired by looking at photos of other people that Terry helped to lose weight.
I worked out twice a day doing 45 minutes of cardio. My trainer gave me a meal plan to follow for 35 days. I cut out fried food, sweets, soda and candy. I ate lots of healthy food, like chicken breast, vegetables and ground turkey.
I went from 180 pounds to 165 pounds with clean eating and exercise. My height is 5’3″. My transformation took 35 days. My journey took place from July 2015 to August 2015. As of October 2017, I’m still eating healthy.
My biggest lesson: You can do anything when you put your mind to it.
My advice to other people: If you are obedient, you shall be transformed.
