I’m so ready to try clean eating. I’ve been doing alittle juicing from time to time. I’m very interested in purchasing your book. However, my issue is, I live in the country. (My choices for buying food is the nearest Walmart or Farmer’s Market.) And it’s VERY hard to find some of the ingredients. I end up wasting money. So, my question is, are the ingredients(veggies/fruit) for the recipes in this book easy to find?

Hi Pamela, Do you have Adobe Reader on your computer? You get it free from Adobe http://get.adobe.com/reader/ – There is also an app for mobile divices. Adobe Reader comes with most PCs. Were you able to save the book file (right click and save)?

HI Chrisetta, If you are just getting started with your weight loss journey, I encourage you start with 30 min of cardio exercise 3-4 days a week (walking is a great start). You also want to start cutting out all the junk food, fast food and highly processed foods you can. Search on this site for our list of clean foods and focus on those. You can also start with our Free 4 week meal plans (see the link in the main navigation). Blessings

Hi Glendar, For exercise advice, I suggest you seek out a local personal trainer or personal training business so that you can get one on one guidance. Online, I suggest you start with Youtube for workout suggestions. There are lots of great, free workout routines from channels like BeFit and Fitness Blender. You can also check out Daily Burn and Les Mills.

After you purchase you will receive a link to download the ebook as a PDF file. You can open this file up with any program that reads PDFs. On computers, the main program is Adobe Reader, but there are other programs. Smartphone and tablets can also open the file.

Eating clean is all about reducing the amount of processed food, fast food, junk food, refined sugar, etc in you diet, so the concept works with most diet plans. You can eat clean with a smoothie cleanse, low carb eating, going vegetarian, etc.

I’m loving this site and I’m loving you & your team for it. I had our 1st & only child in 3/2013. I gained 40lbs during my pregnancy & was already a size 16. I’ve been plus size since high school but always in the right places & I did moderate exercise. After getting married & giving birth, I have been holding on to about 50 lbs that I’d love to lose. I’ve done clean eating with the HCG diet & injections before & I loved the reaction it had I my body. My skin got so clear and glowy, my hair & nails grew longer & healthier & I felt so clean, healthy & HAPPY on the inside. I lost 30 lbs but quickly gained it back because it was a “diet” and I went back to my old habits shortly after it. I want to do this thing for a lifetime. I’ve never had any health issues, thankfully, but I’m getting older and easing closer toward prediabetic in my annual physical exams. It’s time to stop playing. I started my clean eating in February after coming out the hospital with nerve damage not understanding how I got it I didn’t realize I weight 312 pounds I hadn’t been on the scale of years it was a shock as of today I am 255 pounds just from changing my eating habits no processed food only clean eating have 55 more to go.
