What was your motivation?
I wanted to show up for myself like I was showing up for other people in my life. I was merely existing and going through life.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
I wanted to see what consistency looked like. I thought about all the times I gave up & how far I could’ve been if I stuck with it.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started with a 42 Daniel Fast and gave up meat. After 42 days, I kept going and never went back. I went vegan in January 2022.
What is your workout routine?
I work out at the gym at least four days a week doing cardio and weight training!

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
Do it anyway, even when you don’t feel like it. Also, forgive as many times as you need to, but keep going.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Be patient with yourself. Put as much energy into your health as you would anything or anybody you love. This isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle change
