What was your motivation?
My motivation came from seeing the progress made by the people who worked with Fitness on Fire. I knew it was something that I could do. My health concerns also served as motivation. I was told that I needed to lose weight or I could become a diabetic, so that pushed me to want to lose weight.
What inspired you to start your weight loss journey?
What inspired me was a coworker. She showed me that her daughter was doing the Fitness on Fire program. I was also inspired when I looked back at how I used to look.
I got started and immediately focused on making a lifestyle change when it came to my weight. I really just put my mind to it and did the work. Now, I have so much energy after I workout and I feel really good about myself.
How did you change your eating habits?
I had a nutritionist, NutritionistGuru, who guided me when it came to eating healthy. I just followed the regimen and structure that showed me how to properly fuel my body. I stop eating so much fried foods and restaurant food. I look more carefully at the labels on the back of food packaging. I also stopped eating a lot of pasta and bread. I ate more fruits and vegetables.
What did your workout routine look like?
My workout takes lots of dedication, determination and motivation. I workout 5 to 6 (or even 7) days a week doing the workout regimen designed by my online trainer, King of the Fire. My workouts consisted of resistance training and HIIT.
How long did your transformation take?
It took me about 5 months to get to where I am now. I started my journey in July 2017. I noticed my results in mid August and that gave me more motivation to continue with the program.
I’ve never really tried another weight loss program. Fitness On Fire worked for me because I have a very supportive nutritionist and nrainer. I was really determined and they really helped me to reach my goal.
What advice do you have for other people who want to lose weight?
Never give up on your journey. Always stay focused, dedicated, determined and motivated. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it.
