Transformation of the Day: Torre lost 30 pounds. She wanted to be a healthy example for her daughter and a better version of herself. Cleaning up her eating habits and working out with her gym friend has produced these results.
What was your motivation?
To be a better me! To be an example for my daughter to take care of her body!
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
I gained a gym friend. We have been killing this thing and motivating each other!
How did you change your eating habits?
No more eating what I want! No more eating fast food every day! I stopped eating sweets and a lot of fried foods. I also stopped drinking soda.
What did your workout routine consist of?
I used a 90 day workout plan provided by a gym. My workout was a circuit of endurance, cardio and strength training.
How often did you workout?
Four days a week.

My starting weight was 245 pounds, and my current weight is 215 pounds.

Sept 18th, 2018. It’s been 8 months, and I’m still going.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I’ve learned that I CAN do anything!
What advice do you have for others who want to lose weight?
It’s not easy! This is a lifestyle change and a permanent decision.
