We will use smoothies for meal replacement and to give our bodies a rest from processed, chemical filled foods and junk food. We will detoxify, experience more energy, and get control of your eating habits by letting go of foods we’ve become addicted to. We will also commit to eating more veggies and leafy greens.
The challenge starts on Thursday, March 3rd. We will be posting recipes and meal ideas as well as sending out information to help you stay on track for 14 days. You’ve got this.
Note: We don’t recommend this challenge for those with blood sugar issues or serious medical problems, unless you get sign off from your doctor. If you have a medical conditions where as you can’t eat green, fiber rich veggies…this is not the challenge for you.

We are giving this information to you free of charge because we want you to succeed on your wellness journey and have exposure to information like this.
