What was your motivation?
My motivation was a desire to live a long and healthy life.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My old photos inspired me never to look that way again. I wanted a change for myself.
How did you change your eating habits?
I decided to go Keto and practice portion control. I cut back on rice, but I still eat it here and there.
What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you work out?
I work out five days a week for 1 hour. I did cardio, Jump rope, total
body workouts, jumping jacks, and running. Every day, I did something different.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
I started at 296 pounds, and right now I weigh 260 pounds. My goal weight is 240 pounds.
What is your height?
I am 5’6″.
When did you start your weight loss journey? How long did your transformation take?
I started in October 2019. My transformation took five months. I had a birthday goal.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
I didn’t have weight loss surgery.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
My biggest lesson is that you can do it if you just stay consistent.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
My advice: Don’t give up. You can lose weight. Just keep going.
