What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
I lost 53 Pounds With The Ketogenic diet. My starting weight was 220 pounds, and my current weight is 167 pounds.
What inspired you to keep going when you wanted to give up?
My results. My results motivated and inspired me to keep going. My results made me want to go harder because I knew I would love the outcome. I kept track of my progress.
How did you change your eating habits as you adopted a Keto lifestyle?
I changed my eating habits by staying under 20 net carbs per day and watching my calorie intake. I started eating more fat and less sugar.

What did your workout routine consist of?
My workout routine was cardio (running on the treadmill, HIIT Workouts), and weight training. Once I got to a good weight, I began to tone and use weights in the gym.
How often did you work out?
I worked out 3-4 days a week for an hour at a time.

I started my journey in October 2018. My transformation took about six months of being consistent.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is that being mentally invested is very, very important. When you are mentally invested, the rest will fall into place.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
If you want to do it, DO IT! Don’t let anything stop you from your goals and where you want to be! Don’t compare yourself to others and don’t want what others have. Want what YOU want and work for it! I promise everything will work out as it should.
