What was your motivation?
I wasn’t happy with the way I looked, and I wanted to change.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
I was determined to accomplish my goal of losing weight after failing so many times.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started with the Keto diet and later switched to a low-carb/high-protein diet.
What is your workout routine?
My routine consists of cardio, weight training, and Zumba. I do one hour on the treadmill three times a week. I lift weights twice a week.

3-5 times per week.

My starting weight was 264 pounds, and my current weight is 196 pounds.
