Going through a traumatic birth experience and recovering from a cesarean section felt like the most challenging thing I ever had to do. The bonding moments I experienced while breastfeeding my son are what I cherished the most. However, it delayed my weight loss journey.

What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
Utilize any supplements, vitamins, or teas that they already have at home and create a time to be active at least for 20 minutes per workout. Then, increase the time and intensity of your workouts as you get stronger and build up your endurance. Also, I suggest meal prepping (mostly veggies)!
Being active and healthy eating makes me feel the most content. I feel the most like myself now. The way I feel literally trickles down to all aspects of my life. My mind is clear as day. My heart is light as a feather. I am at peace with myself and others. This is what a healthy, active lifestyle does for me.
