What was your motivation?
My motivation was getting back feeling and looking good. I sleep better and my blood pressure has drop so that my doctors were surprised. at my result. Also, our last child is going away to college in Aug and Mama what to bring sexy back .
How did you change your eating habits?
I have cut back on how much I eat proportion and moderation is the key point to any weight lost. I have learned that it is not what I eat, it is how much, how often and how come….
What did your workout routines look like?
I hit he gym five days a week during Cardio (changing up it from 25 mins,, 30 min or 60 min on some days) and work lifting my Upper body and then Lower every other day. I have learn that you must trick the body so that it will not get use to your workout to switching up is always good.
What was your starting weight?
165 and I am now 155 and I lost 4-7 inches. I went from a size 12 to a size 10.
How long did your transformation take?
I started working out last summer. The pictures on the left was me Summer of 2012 and on the right his summer 2013!!! YEA!!!!! Here is to a better healthy you and I am (so is my hubby he has also made a change) loving the new me! YOU CAN DO THIS PEOPLE. Your life is depending on you!!!
