NO need to beat yourself up if you didn’t reach your goals for the day. Â Today is a great day to get back on track. Â The holidays are a major challenge when you are changing your eating habits.
I personally was on track with my goals. Â Lots of veggies, no white flour or white sugar. Â And then…carrot cake. Â I only had a small piece and I didn’t feel bad because I’ve been so good this month and on top of my goals. Â Hope you had a great time with family and friends!! Â NO need to beat yourself up if you didn’t reach your goals for the day. Â Today is a great day to get back on track.

I am so proud of myself! I woke up on Thanksgiving morning and went to the gym. Being that I hosted dinner at my house it was full with all kinds of food. However, I stayed focus & stuck to my goal. I only ate turkey breast & greens. My dessert was an apple with peanut butter. When I went to the gym today; I lost 3 pounds this week. A total of 11 pounds for this month.
