Today’s weight loss success story: SaLisa released 45 pounds and was motivated by seeing how diabetes ravaged her family.
She says,
“In my journey to become a healthier me, I lost 45 lbs. I watched the disease named Diabetes murder members of my family and this became an eye opener for me. I want to be natural and healthy for the rest of my days. My starting weight was 189. When I first began the process I changed up my eating habits. All things white went to all things brown, like rice and pasta. I cut out soda completely, as well as fruit juice. All sweets were eliminated. Once I noticed my weight dropping, I decided to do more and I began doing cardio 3 days a week and strength training 2 times a week”
