Update Oct 2019: Henrina lost 41 pounds and several dress sizes. Her dedication and determination paid off. With the help of her nutritionist and trainer she was able to commit to a new healthy lifestyle.

How have you maintained your weight loss/continued to lose weight? I stuck with the regimen that given to me when I started my journey with Fitness on Fire Online Training because it works for me.
I must say that Fitness on Fire is the reason I’m at where I am today. I started eating healthy when I got on the program. Before that, I had not health conscious. I want to say thank you to NutritionistGuru and Fire for all the support that they have given me. I will continue with this lifestyle for life.
What obstacles, hurdles, or setbacks have you faced during your journey, and how did you get back on track?
The obstacles that set me back;
- The foods that I like
- Junk food
- Eating later than I was supposed to
- Missing more days in the gym than I normally would
I feel bad when I ate the amount of junk food that I was eating. How did I get back on track? I knew I had a goal to reach. That meant no more snacking as much as I was.
What worked for me in terms of my eating habits was eating a lot of salads. Salads are my go-to. I make them in different ways, so I don’t get bored. I don’t think that you can go wrong with eating salads daily. I also exercise at least 5 days a week, and that works for me. If I skip a workout, I feel like I’m missing something. Now, I’m just programmed to workout.
Of the lessons, you learned on this journey, what stands out the most?
I learned is that you have to stay committed to whatever goal that you set to create a better you.
At this point, would you offer any new or different advice to people who want to lose weight?
Be accountable, committed, determined, and dedicated to reaching your goal. There are going to be obstacles that come your way, but don’t let them get you off track.
I would recommend Fitness on Fire because it’s a program that I believe will work for you if you put effort into it. This program helped me with my confidence. I have never felt so blessed, happy, and beautiful within.
