In the midst of my own health and wellness journey I have grown a great love and passion for health and fitness. So your page is right on time!
Just wanted to share some pics from my journey in an effort to empower others. If I can do it so can anyone else. Choosing to live healthy was one of the best decisions I have every made! My transformation took about a year, 2011-2012. I started small by walking daily and significantly reducing my portions. I moved up to running outside and on the treadmill…all cardio. I only ate meat once a day if at all. I also added fresh fruits and vegetables to get full of the good stuff and leave less room for the not so good. I was about 220 lb when I started now I’m at 160. I was 175lb in the after pics which are from this winter and the latest is January 2013 this year.”
