Transformation of the Day: Royalyn lost 53 pounds. She was tired of getting out of breath doing simple tasks, and she didn’t want to be the “big girl” anymore. When she got the news that she was borderline for diabetes, that was her wake-up call. By working with a fitness coach, she was able to commit to a fitness routine and healthy eating regimen.
Transformation of the Day: Candace lost 90 pounds. She is honoring the memory of her mother with her dedication and consistency as she trains for a triathlon. Exercise, mindful eating, and food journaling are some of the tools she’s using.

As a mother of two, she is proud to be an example and teach her daughters the importance of taking care of themselves mentally, physically, and emotionally. She transformed by working out 5-6 days a week, cut red meat and pork, and eating healthy, whole foods.
